Just buy a cheap dehydrator on Amazon. Less than $40 for 4-6 trays. Slice your beef thin or buy it pre- sliced and maranate over night ( with some Tennessee whiskey of course &#128513. Add your favorite rub (I use super hot pepper powder) and dehydrate for 4-8 hours depending on thickness. Unbelievably easy and satisfying.
