After watching a CNBC guest yesterday, I’m not as convinced of late 2024 interest rate drops. Said that the economy might be doing good enough without needing to stimulate with a rate cut AND inflation could be a bigger issue with lower rates. She even suggested that the odds of a rate hike are more than zero (although unlikely). I didn’t catch her name, but she was pretty sharp.

Us older folks(my wife and me) that are "behind the times and still play the cd's" really don't mind a good rate hike at all !
