Yes, but if they did a little more detailed research, they would know UT playing in Memphis would be at least the revenue haul in Charlotte. Hell, what do I know.... Memphis may already be sold out

Right, but again that’s opening up that door for other teams to complain. Saying they go strictly by mileage makes it cut and dry and transparent, something folks complain about when the NCAA is not.
