you guys have been wonderful. Honestly I have been really cranking Rawkfist by Thousand Foot Crutch and a lot of Metallica. On a side note, I do get some rap and hip hop,I just by the clean versions. That works sometimes. The beat is what gets me cranked. I have also started used this preworkout supplement called Supercharged by LaBrada. It has a ton of caffine and other stuff. It may only be in my head, but I lift more and stay in the gym longer when I use it.

Watch that stuff, it can lead to an irregular heart rythm.

Use Set Me Free, Casting Crowns, at the end if you need something to push you past your limit.

Just got an ipod and I need recommendations on music to lift to. Any ideas?

Audioslave.

You are a man of faith so I would also recommend Pillar with some DC Talk Jesus Freak mixed in. People hate on them but I listen to P.O.D. as well.

Common has some good songs on his new CD that I listen to as well.
