I found it interesting that in announcing the starting lineups, Jarnigan announced Fulky at 6’10”. I can’t remember that being the case before yesterday.I walked by Fulkerson mixing with the fans post game. Next to those defensive linemen-like post players from a distance he looks pretty slight. Up close he is a very large man. I’m 6’3”, 245 and he made me feel like a little person.
His Block Rate is currently the second highest of any Tennessee player in the kenpom era. Just a shade under Kyle Alexander’s Jr yearFulkerson is averaging 1.9 blocks per game
By comparison, Pons averaged 1.8 last year.
I expect Fulk’s numbers there to drop a touch as competition grows more consistent, but still. It’s a good number.

But but but JF communicates and sets the rotation- hog wash!!!
Coaches teach all the players to communicate, rotate, and help!!!!
Interesting vote, smh

Why are you basing anything off of this game? It was like Billy Madison and friends against the kindergarteners.ON 21-8-1-0-1

Is this a joke? JF is so weak if he gets touched he falls and flails all over the place. Watch the next game and count how many times he either falls or almost falls.Fulkerson is still the only post we have that can defend his position somewhat effectively. Uros can’t body up due to lack of strength and is to slow to play off his guy. Orn and bhh are still too weak inside defensively and get pushed around. Honestly we have a collection of 4s playing the 5 (minus uros) but in that role Fulkerson is the most effective when all things considered.
