That list is GARBAGE anyway. A full quarter of the shows listed are cartoons (I am sorry, but Spongebob Squarepants is not a “sitcom” ) and none of the Golden classics from the late 60s are listed (Gilligan, Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres, Hogan’s Hero’s, Brady Bunch)Holy cow, they started at 99? Dang. I feel sorry for somebody.
Born in 52 so I watched them. I didnt watch Brady bunch which started when I was a hs senior. A kids show. The others are classics.That list is GARBAGE anyway. Interesting that so many people mention shows from the Golden 1960s, the greatest sitcoms ever. This discussion would not be complete if we didn’t discuss 1971, the year that changed television forever and officially marked the turning point when entertainment targeting switched from the Heartland to the coastal urban enclaves…..
