Also, I 100% DISAGREE that Satan MAKES bad things happen. There's a thing called free will. WE MAKE THE BAD CHOICES.

Satan does not create a tsunami, in my opinion - it happens. I don't believe (help me Lord if I'm wrong) that EVERYTHING on this earth happens because God made that specific thing happen.

Exactly. People always ask when something bad happens, "Why did God let this happen" but he didn't let it happen. He gave us the free will and we made it happen.

NEW DISCUSSION:

The shooting yesterday at the Unitarian church was horrible. It appears that there were gay members at that church, and they clearly supported the gays.

Question: Could the gunman have been a form of God's wrath?

Ah no. The gunman was the gunman and he is the one solely responsible for this act. No need to try and pawn this off on God.

Exactly what point are you trying to make with all this? Every church I have been to is filled with sinners.

I don't think that's what happened Rev Phelps

Then have a MOD delete it. Geez!

For the record, I do think God allowed it to happen. He could have caused the GUnman to die of a stroke, or a heartattack before he ever got in the church.

seems a bit hypocritical to send one of your people to purposefully break a sacred commandment

Ah, I guess God wasn't feeling very wrathful that day then. He could have also let the killer have been more successful and killed more, according to the way things work in your world.

There is no point in trying to discuss anything with you all on this. Believe what you believe, and ill believe what I want. Guess that's why God makes us all different.
