What changed to where the BIG10 MAY just possibly do a season starting in October? Well they want you to think it has to do with virus relief or improvements or even that it may have had something to do with the lawsuit.

Neither of those factored in to change of minds. What changed was Michigan Governor Whitmer poll numbers reportedly are in the toilet and she's dragging Biden down with her. So NOW Heil Whitmer has suddenly seen the BIG10 as playing football is perhaps a good thing after all. And oh by the way, she wants to see high school football in the state of Michigan going as quickly as possible as a cherry on top showing her good will to the little people out there.

I think it's got everything to do with a failed strongarm strategy. They wanted to force the other conferences into cancelling by getting out way ahead of when the decision had to be made and cancelling early. The Pac 12 went along, but the other conferences didn't.

USC and Arizona (or Oregon) would be decent additions. If politics would keep Arizona or Oregon from making the move (Arizona State and Oregon State could be problematic) then snag BYU.

If Velus becomes a standout on The Hill and signs an NFL contract this season, I think there will be a short term emptying out of talent in the PAC12.
