So, what's the least amount of wins a tourney team can have?
Gosh, we should have won that UGA game, the first Memphis game, and that crappy in state team we lost to ( was that Austin Peay?)
Edit: and the UK game
Indeed. I do know a lot about ball, but I don't follow RPI's and all the other stuff to know what constitutes a 'bubble team'. It is an honest question: is there any hope we might get in? Or is it too early to tell?
I think the possibility is low, but I do believe there is a chance even without winning the SEC tourney. We've only lost two games that we "should have" won with this group of kids; Oakland and Austin Peay. Our other loses are to Duke, Memphis x 2, Pitt, CoC (toss up), Miss St, Kentucky, and Georgia (toss up). To add to that, we have two wins against top 15 teams to include the defending national champs. The national recognition will certainly help, but the road woes will hurt. I think it's possible, but it is an uphill climb.
Slim. Need to win against UK imo or at least close.

That's utter silliness. Saying we have to win at rupp to make the tourney is just insane. We are currently 2-3 in sec and 9-10 overall. If we go 9-2 losses to uk and Florida away that puts us at 11-5 in conference and 18-12 overall. I think a first round sec t loss and were still in. I fully expect the committee to take stokes into consideration when evaluating us.
