Granted, at the beginning of the season I figured on 9 wins and hoped for 10. We should never have lost to Arkansas. We did well to whup Florida and Alabama.
And yes, it was great to make the playoffs in Nico's first year.
But it is hard to watch us get blown out on national TV. Granted, we got a crappy bracket and if we were playing SMU in somewhere above freezing I think we would have romped. Clearly against a top 5 team though, we still have a long way to go.
So SEC is weak now? Beating bama and gators in rival games is far from weak!
We faced one elite team all year and lost by 2 tds . OSU offense is way better than Georgias. We lost by 3 tds and a fg.Absolutely! Worst Bama team we’ve seen since before the Saban era. Florida was in the gutter and our non-conference scheduling was pathetic.
Congrats to you man for being honest. You’re darn right there is stuff to build on a d stuff to fix. We are still building, GBOTennessee made the playoff. That is progress for us. The other team had been to the playoffs 7 times.
This was our first.
Now we have that playoff experience.
There is a lot to build on and many reasons to look forward to next season.
Congrats to Ohio State.
Peyton Manning lost a game like this to the Seahawks and then won a Super Bowl after. There is nothing to build on. You dont lose games like this. Total embarrassment. This will be Heupel's pinnacle at TN. His offense is a joke.
Maybe learn the difference between barley and barely, that’s a startPeyton Manning lost a game like this to the Seahawks and then won a Super Bowl after.
You do and can bounce back from this. It’s one game. Drop the loser mentality.
You can’t even properly describe the technical aspects and mechanics of his offensive scheme, so how can you critics something you barley understand?
