I have not watched them this year...have you seen Michigan play better? Because if this is the game they bring to the CFP, they won’t get far.

No it’s not their best game. I’ve seen them play better against OSU and MSU. It didn’t help McNamara played really bad in the first half.

Facts. These Fox announcers. I love Gus Johnson but the other guy. 🤦🏽‍♂️ if he cant see the reason to not immediately play Georgia and Bama again in semifinals they are fools.

I'm going to guess Alabama jumps to #`1, Michigan 2, Georgia 3, and maybe Cincy 4 but they will try their best to justify Notre Dame at 4.

So Bama vs Cincy and Michigan vs Georgia. I hope Cincy has two miracles in them.

Cincy is in. Had Alabama or Michigan lost, then ND would have made it.

Bingo. Alabama will take care of Cincinnati, and either Georgia or Michigan gets you the ratings for the national championship. The committee also gets to say they invited a G5 team.

There is zero chance Notre Dame is in. Had they played a game today maybe. But the only team they would be battling of the 4 is the team that beat them head to head. That same team was in playoff at regular seasons end. They played another game with conference championship on line and beat 11 win team. No way they drop when Notre Dame didn't play. They are out.

Great job by Harbaugh. I thought it was never going to happen and after the lost to Sparty I gave up hope. What a wonderful job reassembling his staff, mixing his run first philosophy with new age tempo and formation and keeping the faith. He could have easily gone to the NFL or take a year off when they asked him to restructure his contract and take a lower buyout but he swallowed his pride and got better.

Personally I was rooting for him. Not because I like Michigan or him. But for years like this. It gets old Ohio State runningbrough shod over Big 10 with their SEC like rosters. But because arent battle tested they waste everyones time in games of consequence against SEC teams. I just want some Big 10 teams to occasionally send them to new Years 6 bowl and leave the playoff to others.

I expect that to be the case but the same committee ranked Michigan State behind Michigan a week after Michigan State beat them. Notre Dame means money, Cincy doesn't. So I'm sure behind the scenes they are looking for any way possible to put Notre Dame in the final 4 even if they can't achieve it.

That would happen before ND jumps Cincy. There is no way the committee could justify Cincy being ahead of ND, Cincy manhandling a top 25 team to win their conference title and then ND not playing/losing their coach, even with money being a factor.

Yep, I think we would have beat Pitt later in the year or if Hooker had had a game under his belt. Will def go to Pitt next year, but you’re right, they will not be the same team w/o Pickett.
