Wow. As if it's not dumb enough to have a conference with 12 teams be called the Big Ten while the Big 12 has ten teams.

Would this have made too much sense?

East- OSU, Mich, MSU, PSU, IU, Purdue
West- Illinois, NW, Wisc, Minn, Iowa, Nebraska

This display of arrogance by the Big Ten is going to cause more people to hate them. I am already thinking about how annoyed I will be during a game, when the commentator says, "Let's look at the standings in the Legends Division."
