Why anyone thought those names would ever be accepted by the public is beyond me.

I don't know that anyone but Delaney thought this was a good idea. When the member schools start trashing it, as a commissioner you have to reconsider. They have to live with it after all.

For the sake of general hilarity I hope they stay the course.

I was looking forward to Big 10 rookie Nebraska bringing home the Legends Division title.

Let me start this as saying I'm from Big Ten country by birth and are a fan of them as well. And that right there just kills me. That's like a fat woman in spandex looking in the mirror and going "Awright!"
