I know next to nothing about aliens - but the pic here appears to be an alien grey perhaps. I would expect this might resemble what you have been describing only because they have no ears/ black eyes, no hair and the consensus seems to be that you may have had a stare down with some sort of alien or alien hybrid. If it didn't look like this cat - please let us know how it differed.
