FSU did not deserve to be in the playoffs. They couldn’t beat Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, Ole Miss, and possibly not Tennessee. And that’s just in our conference. They probably couldn’t beat at least 20 other teams without Travis, and that’s very much a conversation after tonight. Winning a conference with a serious limp should not mean that you surpass two dozen other teams who everyone knows would beat you. Facts over feelings.
Unless they play head to head at full strength that’s simply your opinion and nothing more. And you know what they say about opinions don’t you?

Lost on a last second play. Alabama also barely beat a horrible Auburn team on a miracle but everyone seems to overlook that for some reason.

That’s right VP! Texas also lost the turnover in that OU game 3-0 but only lost by 4

UGA also needed a late Bowers TD to survive against Auburn. Everyone overlooks that one as well.

This was a clear down year across the SEC. No one dominated like year's past.

Fact, here is a list of teams Georgia played this year that wasn't as good as FSU 2nd string. UT Martin at Georgia Lost 48-7, Ball State at Georgia lost 45-3, UAB at Georgia lost 49 - 21. Even Auburn lost 27-20 at Auburn. Fact, by the 3rd quarter Kirby was playing mostly 2nd and 3rd string. By the end of the game he probably put in the water boy. They should have sucked it up and at least played better. Not even close to the 4 best teams.

Sorry, but no team playing their entire 2nd string is going to be much, if any, better than a .500 team. Not even UGA.

IMO there was more parity this year and dispersement of talent than years past. The SEC still finished with 5 teams with 10+ wins which was more than any other conference and tied with the B12 with 6 teams with 9+ wins.

And beat a bad Arky by 4 and trailed Tn at home for 3 Qtrs. Not to mention barely beating A'M and struggling vs USF.
