Biggest Traitor in College Football

Not sure those equate to "traitors."

Yeah, I don't they understand what "traitor" means. Most of these were just d-bag things to do. The only one that I think even qualifies probably as "traitor" is Kyle Whittingham since he played at BYU, his dad and brothers played there, and he even coached there yet turned them down for their rival.

Petrino is #1 hands down. Forget the way he snuck out of Atlanta in the middle of the year. Interviewing for the Auburn job when it wasn't vacant and showing total disregard for the guy that gave him a shot to be an SEC OC was about as low as it gets.

Yes, he's the biggest POS in college football imo.

I have no idea why Kiffin is vilified for leaving. Let's say you're a stock broker originally from the Northeast. You get a job in Mobile, AL as a broker with a small firm. Charles Schwab headhunts you up from their NYC office and offers you a job. It's a move to a larger company, better situation and near where you call home. Do you take it? Yes, you do.

Horrible analogy, horrible post.

It was when Benedict Arnold coached at West Point and faxed the gameplans to the Brits.....

Tennessee isn't exactly the equivalent of a small firm in Mobile.

Actually if we're using analogies to financial world than the SEC is definitely NYC.

I don't hold it against CLK for leaving I just simply think there' things the man did while here that you don't do unless you're gonna see it through.

Petino and Saban are traitors, yes, but freaking Kyle Wittingham? He's been at Utah for over two decades....I knew reading right after that it was garbage, and Kiffen is just a lying jackass. He had no emotional attachment to Tennessee, but he had emotional and professional attachments to USC.

With Lane, perhaps the little bit of info that tipped the 'traitor' scale was him trying to recruit UT kids on his way to USC? Having the Pecan Roll call our recruits with a UT cell phone trying to get them to not show up for classes and go to USC?

Just a thought.
