2 out of 3 aint bad. I'll go with DeNiro and Jack. I love Bogart, but he is pretty one dimensional. How about Robert Duvall as the 3rd? He is pretty well rounded. Brando never done much for me as a well rounded actor. See Bogart.

I'll see your Pacino and raise you a Gene Hackman.

Good call on Pacino btw.

Gotta throw Brad Pitt in there. Hold on let me explain...... granted he takes on a lot of easy roles that don't take much adaptation, but he absolutely killed it in some very tough roles to play. Some of the guys already listed in here couldn't do what he did in Snatch, Inglorious Basterds, Troy, Benjamin Button, etc. the man gets regarded as a sex symbol for women and people seem to forget he's an incredible actor.

Also gotta go Day-Lewis. (needs no explanation)

And Pacino. (De Niro is a close one to Pacino but I feel like he rarely takes on difficult roles. Pacino did Scarface. To perfection)

There's my 3.

Honorable mentions: Tom Hanks, DiCaprio, Nick Nolte

Deniro
Duvall
Denzel

I can not say anything about some of the older guys. I do not like Al Pacino.

Honorable mention

Saw this fella named Grant Case the other day, in Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown. He was a pretty good up and comer. Could see him in this list one day.

Can somebody explain the grant case thing to me? I really don't care to watch NBD2 but I'm curious to know what the inside joke is about him. Was it just a horrible acting job?
