Good job, talented enough to just be drafted in the NFL is one hell of an accomplishment...hope he makes it

Didn't like the way the kid left, but I still wish him well. He's on a great team. Hope he gets a ring from it even if he never sees the field.

Kiffin wasn't going to play him and was recruiting his own quarterbacks. Coleman was supposed to sit on the bench putting up with a slimeball of a coach for two years? I say the kid had Kiffin figured for the turd he is. It just took the rest of the Vol Nation a few more months.

He wasn't beating out Crompton in practice. End of story.

In other news, Nick Stephen got signed as a free agent, to the Tenn Titans. So, does that mean we had 2 NFL QBs on are team? lol

He will be on the practice squad for a year, maybe if he's lucky will make third string roster.

Then he'll have a pretty decent career in coaching I'd imagine.

That's exactly what he did to the Chattanooga Times Free Press when he left UT.

I think Coleman knows the difference between McCarthy and Kiffin, Rodgers and Compton and the Packers and the Vols. He knows he's coming in as a development project with only an outside chance of success and not a four star hotshot recruited as junior. Your analogy just doesn't hold water.

How do we know? History tends to repeat itself with the BJ Colemans, Bryce Browns, and Janzen Jacksons of the world.

Yeah, just like he wouldn't give Tauren Poole a fair shot. Oh wait..
