IGN gave it a 7/10; which makes me a tad nervous because they are usually overly generious on reviews so that tells me they might actually think it's average.

Personally I wasn't expecting a lot from it and imo it seemed like kind of a filler movie that more introduces some more characters; but the long delay is probably going to create bigger expectations.

You think so? They have actually been notoriously negative-reviewing movies, I was under the opposite impression.

The review they gave on the new Chris Pratt movie “The Tomorrow War” was bruuuutal.

I mean it depends on the reviewer I guess but they gave Wonder Woman 1984 an 8/10 and that was one of the few good reviews I saw. And they gave Army of the Dead a 6/10 and I'll just say I found that to be extremely generous.

The biggest complaint I’ve seen is that it feels like it’s not serving a solid solo story for Natasha as much as trying to introduce the new BW.

Disney charging $29.99 for this in addition to regular Disney+ charge. Feeling like its worth the wait in Oct for free viewing.

Will be interested to see reviews.

Has anyone watch this yet? Reviews are not looking to great. That's reviews from regular people, not critics.

Watched tonight in the new triple-screen Regal Screen X. It was a fine popcorn-and-a-beer, return to the cinema flick. A little slow in places. Certainly not the best Marvel movie, but fun enough.

It’s decent enough; I wouldn’t put it in the top half of MCU movies but it’s far from bad. My problems are pretty much like other movies, inconsistent powers that make things make no sense in their own reality they created.

I saw it tonight, though it was excellent. A great “welcome back” movie and a really strong sendoff for Natasha.

Post credits scene is certainly going to open some new doors.

Interesting to hear what you guys are thinking? Keep comments coming.

The opening of the film is really well done. The action/fight scenes throughout were awesome. I also really liked David harbour as red guardian, really funny/likeable character. Florence Pugh was awesome as well. It was great to see nats past expanded upon. If I had to give any negatives, mine would be that in a few of the more dramatic/emotional scenes they drop a joke in, when I feel like they should have just let the moment be what it is. But it’s a fun movie and a good send off for black widow. Also, post credit scene was really interesting.

Average marvel movie. 5/10. There have been worse and there have been better. I'll probably forget it within 24 hours.

Most comic people I know have been pretty positive. None saying it’s great but all happy with it.

Saw it today. Pretty good. I think they did an excellent job of telling BW's backstory. The supporting characters were interesting, and the future with BW's little sis looks promising.

Only issue is what most are saying: the villians. Could of done a better job there

I don't understand the purpose of the movie. Lead character is already dead and her little sister doesn't have powers.

Personally I think it was almost a make up for killing off BW in Endgame; that or they had it planned well before that but never could get it scheduled. I think with now original BW being killed off they set up her sister to be the next BW or at least that seems like where they are going.

Personally I hope they bring back Red Guardian and actually do more with him. For someone who is supposed to be a super solider he was pretty worthless. I know he was comic relief and out of shape and all but still.

BW didn’t have powers. Just raw athleticism and “stingers”.

Unless this movie changes that.
