FTR, no one is unbiased. An official may truly mean to set their personal biases aside but when a call is "close" (or close enough) their bias can easily play into it.
So maybe some of these officials are otherwise fans of other programs? Maybe they specifically dislike UT? Heupel? UT fans? UT players?
I'm not claiming to know how much bias plays into some of the "marginal" calls that have consistently gone against UT... I am claiming that bias exists and does impact decisions and especially those made in a moment under pressure.
