That was not Knight's best material last night, but I still thought it was comical.

My father and grandparents all used colorful language around me, I don't understand the problem.

Bobby's a great guy. I really don't think this will be life-threatening for his grandson. Let's all act like our grandparents never used one foul word around us

kinda jealous of the kid bet things are never boring around grandad ; heard comment yhat kid would grow up to be sportsreporter

By any chance are you related to the person who invented the word asinine? I had one grandmother and one grandfather because the ones on my fathers side died before I was born. I never heard either one of them use "cuss words". I don't understand why that's so unbelievable to you people. Some folks have standards on how they raise their children or grandchildren. I haven't been as successful in the "no cuss words" regard around my children or grandson, but my grandparents were. Let's move on. Oh yeah, I never took my grandson to a press conference and made a fool out of him and myself.

No one was made a fool of at the press conference except the press.

knight definitely considers himself the winner of the press conference. and in bobby knight's world, that's all that matters.

Just another victory for The General. He's important enough to get away with degrading the media and they're insignificant enough that they have to take it. Those are the facts. They are not in dispute.

I agree. If I were a station or news desk manager around there I would quit sending my people to any Knight news conferences and let him discuss the game with his grandson, the janitor or anybody else that is interested in listening to his bs.

At that point, people would stop watching your station. That's the great part. The media wretches need Knight. Conversely, his life would suffer not one bit if they disappeared from the face of the earth.
