Let me add one more duncan.

The scumbag duo of Louisville. Petrino and Petino.

He just looks natural with that neck brace...don't he?

He’s a brilliant offensive mind who’s a rot on a program.

No way. I get what some of your thinking is with his offensive expertise. However he has some major issues. I for one am happy with Heltons offense with the scrap parts Butchs regime left him. As soon as someone like Bobby Petrino is over on the sidelines a badly called game or Pruitt struggles with a stretch a vocal minority will cause us headache begging for Petrino to take charge. We have had enough drama the last 15 years or so. So Im against Petrino being on this staff even as an analyst.

Try to pull a Saban here and get him as an offensive “Analyst”. It can do nothing but help getting ancoach I’d that caliber on staff in a role like that. We all know Bobby isn’t what you would want as the face of the program, but burying him deep in the coaching roster negates that issue.

Bad take, sorry. Petrino is a poison

Him and Freeze in an analyst position would be cool. I’d like to hear the two of them discuss some different offensive philosophies. Bet they could scheme up some goodl stuff.

If it were to make everybody else in the SEC frustrated and angry then it is a must do.

We don't need every guy that had some success in the past that gets fired. Some coaches get rich and lazy don't want to recruit or put the work in. This looks what happened to Petrino at Louisville. He didn't lose his ability to coach but he lost all the talent and regardless of coaching you lose.

Butch is the only loser who would stoop to being an intern. Most fired head coaches would rather just ride the couch, collect their buyout and keep their pride.

Most of the names in this thread run a spread offense. If Pruitt wants to run a pro style offense, the best coordinators would come from the NFL I would think.

I'll never forget the conversation I had with a friend who is a huge Hogs supporter when I told him he would loath the day they hired BP because his character cant be understated (at least at that time). Then I remember the conversation we had that Sunday night when he was bragging about how tough BP was to have a motorcycle accident and still do his presser. Anyone unbiased could see that was NOT going to end well. The Bible talks about the law of the harvest. You reap WHAT you sow, LATER than you sow, and TONS MORE than you sow....that's what has happened to BP and I take no joy and saying that..ITS VERY SAD!!!
