aside from the lettering on the uniforms I think they're cool. The matte finish on the helmets is awesome.

No. A gradient is the shading in the numbers, not the font, which is what it sounds like you were thinking. Gradient is one color transitioning to another.

The font is equally atrocious. Still, I don't think it ruins the uniforms. The helmets are definitely badass. UT needs satin black helmets to go with their black jerseys that they need to wear again someday
