Saw this concert last night.

Was utterly amazed and impressed.

I have seen quite a few concerts in my lifetime and these guys left nothing on the stage.

There was no opening act. They start right about 8:30 and played straight for 2 and half hours.

I got say that again....they played for 2 1/2 hours.

Had three encores where he kept coming back.

If they are coming near you, you need to check them out.

I am not sure if this was an extended version of his regular concert as Bon Jovi is a huge fan of Nashville ( has produced an album here and actually lives here) but this was a show worth seeing.

A+ to the boys from Jersey.

My hats off to ya. :hi:

What was the crowd like. They were practically giving tickets away for that show.

It was like 12,000 NEOCON's....all short bald angry old guys who hate President Obama.

If someone had brought a couple of sheets, they could have had a combination Bon Jovi concert / KKK rally!

I saw them several times back in the 80's, they put on a good show, just didn't think they could still pull it off.

Seen Kid Rock a couple of weeks ago@ Bridgestone, was better than I thought it would be.

I saw Prodigy in concert in Ohio. That was a pretty good show.

Best show I ever saw was Metallic/GNR in Atlanta.

Nothing like a bunch of 50 year olds congregating in one spot for a sing along

Wife always been a bon jovi freak. I don't dislike them. Took her years ago to see them at Bi-Lo Center in Greenville, SC. Packed house. He did have a local opening act that was pretty decent. You could see Jon off side stage watching them. Opinions vary wildly on the band, but he is a pretty stand up guy. We saw him when Richie was with band and not in rehab. Makes a big difference in live concerts. Having said that, the 3 best concerts you get (got) for your money, IMO, as far as effort and all out performance was U2, Paul McCartney, and Bon Jovi. In no particular order. You did not get ripped off on your money. Saw McCartney at GA Dome back in early 90's. No opening act. 3.5 hours. 6 encores. Left nothing in the bucket.

My worst concerts were Merle Haggard and Buddy Guy.

Merle was a mess, sang a song or two, then stepped back and strummed his guitar a little, then walked up to the mic, said “I’m sorry”, and walked away. But the Judds played that night and kicked ass and Ricky Van Shelton did as well. Civic Coliseum about 30 years ago.

Buddy Guy was at World’s Fair Park. A thunderstorm rolled in so he made a quick exit. I can’t blame him for ducking out with the lightning, but the ticket buyers got screwed.

I saw Bon Jovi in Memphis as an opening act for .38 Special when Slippery When Wet came out. They blew the crowd away and took over. They had pizza delivered to the stage while .38 was performing and came out near the end and jammed with them. It was their last time as an opener I think. Great concert.

Waylon Jennings and David Allan Coe for me. Both were smashed. Waylon finished and DAC couldn’t finish.

I didn't know that Bon Jovi was considered on the level of Nickelback until I read up on them a little more. Wow.... They're hardly my favorite band out there, but I can think of many bands I'd think of as worse even if it's a joke (like Nickelback)

Bon Jovi did the three encore ego trip at every stop on that tour...
