It's four bed, two bath. The second floor is only the master suite. So, easy to move to the first floor when the time comes.

Walk into kitchen from the garage. Living room and master on that floor. It’s on a hill so I will have to pay someone to mow one day.

Edit: the “for that city” was about al the xeri scaping crap they push in Phoenix and Tucson. And they have to for good reason. I wasn’t throwing shade I know the area. That’s an awesome back yard for that area dude enjoy it.

Been in ours for 15, garage is basement level. Can’t get to the living room/kitchen/master without going up stairs. Didn’t take that into consideration in my early 30s.
