Bought Our Forever Home

Been in ours for 15, garage is basement level. Can’t get to the living room/kitchen/master without going up stairs. Didn’t take that into consideration in my early 30s.

Fortunately I had Red.
We were 31 when we got this house and had a list of things we were looking for. Growing old was part of the list

Was just thinking about a lakefront house in Tennessee. Would have to move my business from Texas but more difficult: convincing my better half (Russian is her native tongue and South Texas just warm enough).

Nice. And awesome back yard for that city too. Congrats and enjoy.

Edit: the “for that city” was about al the xeri scaping crap they push in Phoenix and Tucson. And they have to for good reason. I wasn’t throwing shade I know the area. That’s an awesome back yard for that area dude enjoy it.

I didn't take it any kind of way. The front is desert landscaped, which I prefer grass, but it looks really good and it's easier. Maybe someday I'll put in a patch of grass.

My office was a huge upgrade for the dog. In our last place, she didn't have anywhere indoors where she could keep her eye on the hood.

My parents have a place out there. They put in an artificial turf that looks and feels like grass

Rocks are definitely easier. We have rocks in the front and side then grass in the back. Nice for our dog. Congrats on the new house. Gilbert is the GOAT
