JUST the sugar bowl? SHEESH. If you REALLY REALLY hate the BCS, and I do...

you'll join me in boycotting ALL BCS games. I am watching the Sun Bowl, the Liberty and a few others, but I will be SKIPPING EVERY BCS BOWL GAME until they end this ridiculous beauty pageant with voters and computers and play the ^%$# games, win the ^%$# championship on the field.

PS. I have done this for 4 straight years and so far it's clear that my program is having an effect. :rock:

Ah, dont be so harsh, the sugar bowl could have been better but just sit back and enjoy. Va tech will get drummed but that will be fine with me. I am not totally banishing you for your statement, i do agree that some BCS games needed to be thought over more but isnt this the first time in a long time an SEC school isnt playing in the sugar bowl? If thats the case, to hell with it, I am boycotting. PICKET THE BCS PEOPLE, IT ONLY MAKES SENSE.

I'll probably watch. More because I usually enjoy watching Michigan.

The Clemson/WVU game seems painful.

I really thought Arkansas would be in the Sugar Bowl. There only losses coming to the two teams in the national champ game. VT surprised me.

VT v. Michigan is my favorite of the BCS games besides the national title. It will be a great game, with two rabid fan bases that travel well and drive ratings on television. Pretty much a no brainer putting them in ahead of KState, imo.

With bama and lsu in the championship, Arkansas couldn't be in the sugar bowl.

Kansas St though should have probably gotten that bid over VT though

Yeah I thought it was a bad pick until I saw the teams above them. Boise St. v. Kansas St. isn't appealing.

Boise wasn't really terribly much of an option when they lost and missed winning their conference championship. Their AQ disappeared and honestly they'd never get an at large.

I think Michigan v KSU could have worked.

(at least then one team in the game is a top 10 team)
