i wouldn't play either. you don't need a Pro Bowl to validate your season. besides, the Pro Bowl is a joke and 3/4 of the people who complain about this won't watch anyway.

I would have no problem with Brady missing it if he hadn't made a total fool of himself and made himself look like an arrogant prick. I'm 100% positive he would have been there if they had come out with the W.

I know this game is meaningless... but it's just hilarious.

I really don't think Brady came across as arrogant or even a sore loser. I remember Matt Leinart was sort of that way when he lost to Texas in the Rose Bowl... but in the interview I saw Brady seemed to take this loss about as well as one could.

Leinart after that game was ridiculous... "we know who the better team was" uh, yeah, texas beat you!?

Kinda bugs me that they are skipping it.

Who cares about the pro bowl? I don't want to watch a bunch of overpaid athletes mail it in half way across the pacific.

Do you expect anything less from a team whose coach leaves his team on the field with 1 sec left in the biggest game of the season? What happened to win together lose together? Truly classy indeed.

If I were a player I would skip the Pro Bowl too. Remember the name Robert Edwards? I think they should do away with the Pro Bowl its a complete waste of time. If I want to see sub par football on a Sunday...I will just drive to Atlanta.

The Pro Bowl should be played on Playstation. Have a tourney to let some gamer dudes play against each other. Or have a player from the AFC play against a player from the NFC.

is it just me or before the pats lost did Brady seem like he was getting cocky? he use to seem like a humble guy but as this season wore on he got pretty cocky.

i think its more about fan appreciation /recognition...its a free trip to Hawaii anyway...all players should go if they can...maybe they just shouldn't play a game at all...still have the vote just no game...TV would have something to say about it IMO

I guess you missed the interview where he laughed at the reporter who suggested they would only score 17 points. It might of been 24 but the point is he laughed in the guys face. Sounds pretty arrogant to me.

when a team scored like NE did this year it's understandable. They also put up 38 on the NYG last time they played them.

If I'm a coach I really want my QB to have a swagger about him. The pro QB who thinks "golly gee guys, I hope we are able to beat this team" ends up holding a clipboard or selling insurance. You have to have that competitive spirit just to get to that level. Even moreso to be considered one of the greatest.

does anyone really care about the pro bowl? i won't watch it and i watch ANYTHING.
