Clemson doesn't take JC's.

This situation has more to do with the prospect maybe not qualifying and Auburn not holding his place.Not ragging on the kid, but sounds like it's gonna take him 3 years to get ready for Big Boy College. Hence the reason behind him redshirting last year. You only redshirt at the JC level if you're still catching up from high school.

It definitely could be a result of the Higgins committ. But that doesn't mean we have any chance at landing him. I read an earlier article about it and it listed the team's he choose auburn over. We weren't listed

Some guys just aren't very good in school. Doesn't mean they have no common sense, or anything like that. Probably just lazy, and not into school.

How do you commit to a school then 5 days later decommit with the reasoning you want to focus on academics and your team? Does that not seem backwards? Being committed slows recruiting down so you can focus on their things more. There has to be more he such as someone else he really likes got in head or auburn wasn't truly ready to accept him until grades are clean
