Purdue University football coach Jeff Brohm was at Christian County High School today to visit 2018 commit Cory Trice. According to Trice, Brohm said he’s not leaving the Boilermakers for Tennessee.

I said this in another thread, but a buddy if mine who is a huge Louisville fan says Brohm is Bobby Petrino without the baggage. High praise IMO.

He turned Purdue into a bowl team in one year. He brings toughness and has played the game. He was high on my list initially, along with Frost, when it was just assumed we'd bargain shop as usual. He dropped back a bit word broke that we were willing to break the bank. But after Sunday's fiasco, Brohm is a great hire for us.

Sidenote: assuming he brings his brother as OC, Tennessee finally lands Brian Brohm.
