I'd be paranoid that if you don't get out that it'd end up like the Saw movies

I did The Tomb in PF...it was cool

The Tomb? Family Adventure | Piegon Forge

Lol just go when they do and call it a coincidence. The Tomb looks fun, i don't think it was there last time i went to Gatlinburg. And Knoxville Breakout has the same website as Montgomery, must be the same company. I don't think we have the Island Escape or whatever it was though.

Did one in NYC. It was so much fun. We solved one with a 25% completion rate and we had 7 minutes to spare. We thought we weren't going to make it, but then with like 12 minutes left things really started clicking.

I was a little not sober and wasn't helping at all. I couldn't keep up with the pace, so I just sat down with a puzzle nobody had solved. You had to go thru like 50 books to find a pattern. I looked at it for like 20 minutes. Everybody was so happy I got it, nobody cared I didn't do anything else.

They recently opened, or will soon open, one of those in Asheville, NC. Some coworkers and I are making plans to go.

Another thing I've seen that looks fun is Fright Night Campout.

I bought one on Groupon but haven't used it, yet. I look forward to it.

There are several here in the Bay area. We took our office staff to one before a Christmas dinner last year and had a good time.

The places seem to be growing and changing up the themes. It will be interesting to see if they can be creative enough to keep it fresh and thought provoking.

Also, always check for groupons, etc. Being somewhat new, they need the exposure.

Anybody ever tried these things? It's an activity type thing where you get locked in a room with a group of friends and have to find clues to escape within an hour time limit. We got one here in Montgomery and i tried it today, we were really close but ran into a dead end. It was a lot of fun though.

Went to the one in Knoxville - had a great time - expect after 9 or 10 more visits we will be able to figure out enough to get out in the allotted time.
