The off-duty officer was a jerk for arresting the kid instead of just telling him look "I will have your @ss arrested if you don't calm down and have someone sober escort you back to your dorm."

And yes, I'd say that whether he was just a regular kid or a player. We're an arrest happy nation.

Nonissue that will be dismissed or diverted.

I was pulled over here in town the night of the Alabama loss. It was about 3am and I was pulling into a gal's apt complex. The officer asked for my license, ins, ect. Said he saw me swerve and called me out of my truck. I was pretty ****faced and I did a few test and did fairly well..he said " park it..GO VOLS"
