Brett A Jet No More

I think if he comes back, yet again,he should wait till mid season. He still as the will and certainly the knowledge.Plus he is in great shape at the first of the year, but with his age a whole season is just to long.
A fresh favre that goes on winning streaks the way he has the last few years, start those winning streaks at mid season.Stranger things have happened.

So, you're saying he should take the Roger Clemens route, and not start a game till midseason? That's horrible for team chemistry. Not to mention, look at how bad the terms are with his teammates. Most of them think that Brett was the reason that they didn't get in this year. Which he was.

Their are a lot of teams and team mates at mid season are looking for a way to create team chemistry.Because of their quarterback!A fresh Brett Favre would (could)do that.

I agree, the old man,all worn out was the reason they
didn't get in.Thus my original suggestion.

Roger Clemens?I was thinking more along the lines of Y.A.Tittle,Johnny Unitas,George Blanda,Craig Morten.

He was magical, and one of the most exciting quarterbacks of the modern era. Even through his rough years as his career neared to the end, he still made plays that I'll always remember. I remember on Monday Night Football against the Broncos, on the first player of overtime he throws a TD Pass to Greg Jennings to win the game. Even this year, Favre came through and beat the undefeated Titans. He truely is on the top of the ranks as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
