I think Kelly is a great college coach but he is fixing to get Oregon in alot of trouble soon. He will bolt to the NFL probably after this year to avoid the hammer that is getting ready to drop on the Ducks. Sometimes it's just not worth the trouble.

Are people forgetting that Kelly was hired at Notre Dame prior to Kiffin departing? He had already announced that he was going the Irish in December...before we had Dooley.

ND recruits itself like SC. ND has two guys on staff that recruit Fla and Cali very well who were leftover from the last 2 staff's. Many parents don't care for BK according to a few recruiting guys at 247. They get their pick of NY/NJ and Chi kids...any Catholic kids with Top 100 talent usually pick them also. Not really a hard job to recruit; more about getting the kid thru admission process.

Exactly. Hell, Louis Nix committed to Notre Dame when they didn't even have a head coach between Weis and Kelly.
