You guys are all high. Yadi is the best in the business. Hits for average, cannon arm. Heck, he would hit 30 HRs a year if LaRussa would give him the green light. LaRussa wants to use his speed, though, instead.

By the way, off topic. But Jason Motte was one helluva defensive catcher before being turned into a pitcher. If he could have hit his weight he'd been a big league catcher. And a dang good one.

Posey might never play catcher again. I love Santana's potential and he has been tearing the cover off the ball lately. That being said McCann has been the best this season and Mauer is the best overall.

I agree. Mauer is definitely more talented, so McCann can't win that battle. I will take McCann's consistency though. Mauer is going to have to prove that he can stay healthy more than what he has.
