Whether the punishment is the correct one or not, if Pearl is suspended for an entire year by the NCAA, the University has no choice but to fire him.

I would hate for that to happen not only to the program, but to Pearl. I think Pearl is one of the best coaches out there. Perhaps his recruiting leaves something to be desired, but I digress.

The only good thing to come out of it would be the possibility of UT finally waking up and firing Mike Hamilton.

I would rather listen to 3 hours of Joe B Hall and Denny Crum's geriatric mumbling on their radio show than watch the Hill/Bayless segment. Its horrible.

For one, you have no idea what I like or don't like. Why would I hate the basketball program? It's better than our football program at this point.

He lied about cell phones?

If he should be suspended for a year for manning up and admitting it then Calipari should be banned from basketball for ruining a couple programs.

UMASS thinks Cal destroyed their program so badly they hired Derek Kellogg as their head coach. Great point.

I would wager that 90% of UT fans support Pearl right now too, but would that make them "stupid" or "idiots" or "lacking sense" as you so commonly call those people.
