I love how people keep saying that if and when Bruce leaves, it won't be the end of our program. Yeah, no s*** it won't. At how many top 25 schools will losing their coach be the end of their program? 0. Will Duke suffer when Coach K retires? Maybe a little, but they're capable of bring in another big name. Just like we are.

My point is, haters just like to bring up the first sentence of this post to downplay the effect that Pearl has had on this program. Can we get another coach that can sustain this type of success? Sure we can. But the same can be said about a lot of good coaches at a lot of other schools. In the end of the day, Bruce is the guy that elevated this program to the national level back to the point where if he does leave, we can hire a big name.

Aside from this investigation, I don't get what our fans have against Pearl. I really don't get it. Get a life, folks.
