i posted once.......a long time ago even. Im not watching out for him. Im trying to show ppl how out of control its got. some guy had like 3 posts on there. the WHOLE wall was tenn. Thats sad.

One of my friends was a big time recruit in this class. He didn't mind the friend requests and what not, but the wall posts were a bit much.

I say leave the kid alone. If you wanna show him some love, include good luck with your decision. Don't throw out the PLEASE COME TO TENNESSEE, all caps, 3rd grade check yes or no love note. Please

And for the record, I have never said a word to Bryce on FB. I may send him some of my work once he becomes a Vol, but that's something entirely different.

i agree friend request him is one thing but no need to write on his wall or message him or facebook chat just to tell him to come to ut... you saying that will not help him in his decsion at all it only hurts it... so stfu and stop stalking

I know bmaze went to oklahoma to start out. Just curious if he's from the midwest and they know each other outside of Tenn. I know highly unlikely..but nothin else to talk about. Could be influential?

i don't know sab some of your classy artwork depicting bryce in orange might stick in his head...he'll start dreaming about that picture and before you know it we have a darren myles jr. situation all over again.

besides do any of you guy's remember that si article a few years back about oregon recruiting...they were having students make comic books depicting recruits in oregon uni's winning national championships but then the ncaa banned it. they suffered no penalties and wound up landing jonathon stewart and numerous others directly because of it...internet art might just be the next loophole for us to exploit in landing recruits.

:unsure: If he's tired of fans writing on his wall encouraging him to come to UT he just needs to delete everyone he doesn't personally know and stop adding friends...only way it will stop. A small part of him is probably liking all the attention he is getting.

Even with all that hype (pregame show and all shown in a Vandy-size stadium with his cousin featured in it), cousin Wheaton chose the Beavers. Who knew? :victory:

It was unexpected. He had verballed. But, we switched out our WR coach who he had been recruited by. So, that apparently rattled him.

Nobody is really complaining on our end. We filled the scholarship position with a more highly sought WR.

Anyway, this is off-topic. Please pm me if you would like to discuss further.

Your failure to recruit a guy who is a cousin of your hero while trying to recruit Bryce Brown on a UT board with over 100 posts now... is as on topic as anything you've posted here as a Duck Troll.

Why would Brown, a 5* athlete, join a program that can't even convince the 3* cousin of one of its heros (your usernamesake), of its worth?

There's no need to leave Kansas to play for that sort of a program.

A. I'm not here to "recruit Brown." Are you?

B. I think it's a little premature for you to call his recruitment by the Ducks a failure.

C. Why would Brown, a 5* athlete join the program? Probably for the same reasons Jonathan Stewart, a 5* athlete joined.
