BB doesn't want people to know he is coming. Once he is here, no one has said he won't reveal himself. The secret isn't to hide from publicity, so what else could it be? Do you think most fans follow recruiting? I doubt 99% would know who he is.

I'm not entering new news into this, b/c of the reason I stated before.

But I can tell you that if anything I've said is untrue, especially after the phone conversation I just had, then I will have a whole lot of beans to spill...

I think that of the fans who are dedicated enough to show up at a March 13 practice, at least half would know who Bryce Brown is. It seems like there almost certainly would be a story on it as well, which is what VSPN would let other people "break." I don't know, the story could just be him visiting, but the practice makes a lot of sense to me.

10. Crompton was Bryce's host during his official visit. If I wanted to set a tone with someone close to a recruit, to show them what we were all about, and what it meant to be a Vol - I couldn't get them in front of Eric Berry fast enough. I might even send him to the airport to pick them up. If they were flying in.

It would just be too-cool-for-school if we had a signed LOI and then committed "infractions" that the football world stewed on for a couple of days until his official announcement.

I'd love to see him run on the practice field through smoke with the rest of the team.:)

Am I even remotely close with the practice thing? That's where I went from quoting you to basically pure speculation.

He faxed his letter of intent from Hamilton County Library...
11 pages long. He's planning on parachuting (sp?) in onto Shield Watkins Field during the practice and upon landing, going down on one knee as the jumbotron shows him proposing to ol' girl...
