I refuse to think that he's more than 50-50 right now. I keep reading teasers and reasons to be hopeful, but in the end I'd rather not get my hopes up prematurely. I'm excited about the possibility, but I don't want to get my hopes up to the point that I want to break something if he does choose another school. I like to think he's going to be a vol, I just refuse to go all in just yet :)

my interpretation was that his parents, being typical parents, said something to the effect of, "Are you sure this is what you want?" To which Bryce replied, "Yes, sir. Yes, m'am." Then the family made travel arrangements, but due to work obligations, couldn't make the trip.

I think the fact that he visited us days before his announcement meant this was just a final formality.

I say he'll most likely be a Vol on Monday. (93% confident)

I haven't posted much in this thread, but I've been keeping up with it! I feel confident that he will be a VOL, but if he doesn't choose us, he better have a dang good reason, because teasing us the weekend before he announces is not cool!

I feel the same way, I seriously think that he will be but I dont want to get my hopes up to much cause I dont want to have to hurt someone or myself!

I along with my son were at the practice last night. FWIW I thought Bryce was not all that interested in what was happening on the field. He only stayed about 15 minutes walked outside and returned only to walk across the field to leave. Not a lot of people even knew who he was. The chant started when a couple of guys noticed who he was when he was walking across the field. He was right in front of us the first time he was on the field and you could hear people asking who this guy was who's that guy. That sort of thing.

The guy is obviously seriously considering Tennessee. He didn't have to go to Knoxville this weekend. If had made a trip to Miami or Oregon this weekend, everyone would be throwing in the towel. I would put our chances at greater than 50%.
