that’s not how that works champ, your asserting that all three witness heard the argument, but only one maybe two heard him say he’d shoot up the school yet the third didn’t hear it?

If he was right there with the other two then he either heard it or didn’t hear it. We also don’t know what those two might have against Bryce maybe he was screwing one of their gf’s wouldn’t put it past someone just to screw with him if that’s the case or are you forgetting how Draw Bowles claimed teammates threatened him but come to find out that didn’t happen.

Again either the third heard it or didn’t

However, there is only 1 witness to the school statement. If all 3 of them wrote a witness report and only 1 heard him allegedly saying that then it will not stick. If the police thought he was a threat he wouldn’t have been released.

I have 2 witness accounts. That’s more proof than there is that he didn’t say it. Care to bring up a valid counterpoint now?

Once again, making excuses just because they’re a good athlete. I don’t know why the third witness didn’t hear it. We don’t know that the third witness was right next to the other 2 from start to finish.

Am I missing something here, or has there been no mention of charges related to shooting anything? No terroristic threats, no false report, no nothing?

I ain’t making excuses, what I’m pointing out is that two people didn’t hear it and Bryce didn’t says he never said that.

We also don’t know how far all three witnesses were from the argument so again, they can’t prove it and the fact you are hanging one to what those two said as gospel tells me all I need to know about how you understand things
