just throwing out another name, offense fills seats, defense wins championships championships fill seats hence defense < offense. everyone is automaticly assumeing offensive minded person for the hc.



on a site note i hate virginia tech football.

Uh. Is there some confusion about the use of "<" and ">"? The original post doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I might consider hiring Torrian Gray to replace Larry Slade.

I suppose we will see a new thread about every coach you see a sideline feature on until we actually hire a coach.

What's so great about it? It's all fluff...It's coach-speak.

Reverse those comments...It's not like anybody would ever say the opposite...

"I believe in retreating, peaceful style of defense. We want to put slow, out of shape players on the field and use that to run away from opposing offenses."

nope im officaly endorseing bud foster for my choice, hatvol is a leach advocate so his opinnions on my threads carry about as much weight as an somolian.

im not going to argue with people who obivously have not ben involved in any kid of football except flipping channels from one game to the next. if somone comes with a valid opinnion as to why foster would not be a good canidate i would listen and debate, just because hes not the flavor of the week, shouldnt disqualify him. it comes down to the fact that he has done a great job with what he has had to work with and is gona get his shot somewhere eventualy.

The last few post have left me going to bed smiling, Hat a Leach advocate and the Jaytrain comment re reversing comment are priceless. And to cap it off I am going to convince myself there is something to these Cowher rumors and pass out.
