Love Bud Foster, been a Tech fan growing up in Roanoke my whole life. He does a great job with VT defense and no one could do it better than him in that particular situation.

All that said, he isn't right for our job. We need/deserve a big time coach with big time experience, goals, and credibility.

hatvol i like where your coming from here but.... i think i'd rather have a guy that mixes it up a bit and has a team that plays some intense D over someone that gives the offense 10 yards whenever they want it... Foster knows how to utilize his strong secondary but putting a little pressure on them to make plays allowing them to have a little more defensive success, but what can i say thats just my opinion

Bud Foster come on please. Talk about a program with a total lack of disipline, we do not want anyone that has been groomed by the gourde. We'll end up with the same thugs they have in Blacksburg.

By the way what has this guy done? If you think Clawson was not ready for the SEC this guy would be lost, a couple Big East andACC Championships? Look at VT's bowl record and how the defense played in those losses.

Can someone invite him out to play again. It's great to see people talk to themselves on their own post and then talk about IQs. I strongly suggest more practice with the crayons before playing with the grownups.
