I actually plan on watching Nascar this year. Not sure who to root for though.

I must say that the decision to get away from the chin spoilers with the brackets was full of win.

i heard them say on the speed channel today that the mustang could possibly be the ford car in 2013 sprint cup

Is it still hosted by Kenny Wallace? I can't watch anything he is on.

Decent race so far, weird seeing them in pairs, but captivating to watch. Cope and Conway should be parked, an example of why field entry criteria is flawed. Expect to see a "big one" in second part. Most likely when one pair tries to split two others and someone shuts the door, or two pairs try to split two others at same time. This is a case where two doesn't go into four.

206 mph means NASCAR will do something else to slow them down by the twin Duels. Spoiler angle?

The racing was pretty intense thus far, the speeds are crazy. Mikey had a top speed of 208.29 MPH wow.

I'm liking the pairs, it seems the freight trains aren't working, will be interesting to see how it carries over to a full(er) field when the duels come.

i said the same thing to a friend earlier today. probably the same package they used at Dega to slow them down.

I do like the incentive to open lanes up with the current package where a few in the middle can get up front. That said, it should probably be tweaked.
