The drivers are saying the cars are not staying put, bouncing and wandering in the front. Rear downforce is probably not in balance with the front. Makes for an interesting race.

i think it was DJ that said it's like driving a sprint car.

one of the great things about HD is that it allows you to see into the windshield at the driver's hands. they all fight the wheel a lot.

surprising a little i think because they didn't have much trouble at Dega.

Totaly different race tracks, Daytona is much bumpier and turns are shorter. Dega is all about hp, Daytona is about 50/50 handling to hp.

yeah, i agree. i just wasn't expecting them to struggle this much.

further proof pre-season testing is worthless because i don't recall anybody having this trouble earlier this year.

Well I can! You just don't do this in practice where there is a no risk/return situation. In a race drivers are continually having to weigh risk vs return as holes open up in traffic. "Is the position gained worth the chance of wrecking, and how great is that chance?" Is it early in the race where the gain is less important. They are also having to measure how close to the "edge" they are pushing the car as another risk/return, but thats another area. In other words, there was 0 return vs the risk which became reality. Then you can talk about all the time your team has put into the car, or the fact that your taking out other cars just to get even. If Stewart did anything intentional he is being as stupid as Busch was to retaliate on the track.

Dale Jr is going to be tough, I expect this win to be the confidence booster he needed to get on track. He made the right moves at the right times, and obviously has the car to get the job done. I noted in particular how he moved up to block the oncoming 24 & 48 when they were about to pass. I'm not one of his fans, but give credit when it's due.

Looks like the Hendrick domination of last season is not going to let up.All 4 cars in the top 6.The 24 and 48 getting it done in back up cars. Very scary.

Thats the same one as last year. They broke up for a while and is back together. Dont know if she likes it but I sure do! LOL:)
