Personally, I don't think the govt she be touching any inherited money. Why should they get a cut just because it's passed from a parent to a child.

Death and taxes are the only certainties in life. I would rather them tax that more and let off in other areas. I don't see a problem increasing hand-me-down taxes and decreasing personal income tax. Better to reward hard work than simply being lucky.

Just my opinion....

I say why increase either? I'm sick of the govt thinking they should get a cut of something that has nothing to do with them.

Should I receive some sort of inheritence from my parents when they pass on, why should the govt have the right to take some? (Although I doubt there will be an inheritence as my father is disabled and they're living off his pension)

I'm just tired of the govt trying to pry their fingers into every aspect of our lives.

Did anyone else hear about the USA Today report that stated that areas of the country that supported Obama have received more stimulus money than those who didn't. I think they quoted a ratio of 2 to 1. Does something like this just happen by chance?
