What do you think of the Butch Jones hire?

Let's just look at the positives here
- no NCAA violations that I know of
- he wanted us when nobody else did
- winning record
- came from a smaller school so he's unlikely to leave us hanging

I'd say I'm satisfied. Not thrilled, not mad. Satisfied. He certainly didn't make a big splash and he has to know that as well, which will hopefully give him that extra motivation. Either way I'll support him until he proves himself unworthy.

Jones will do well here.
One of those guys that does more with less.
AND He wins.

I really like this hire, Kiffin was a salesman, Dooley was an all around likable guy, and now we finally have what we need a football coach

Wtf hire.. How well did the spread work for us last time?

Top 5 recruiting is a must or get ready for cdd 2. No freaking excuses either if the team looks like crap.. None he gets no year 0.......

Looking for 8 wins. I think his coaching will take the moral wins we had this year. Get a decent DC then 8 wins is very realistic. He will have a signature win this year.

WTF.

He may be a great one.

He may define his tenure in the next two months.

I don't know how I feel about TN being the Cincy of the SEC. He's got to recruit like he's never recruited before over the next month. I don't understand why we fired Fulmer to hire Lane Kiffin, Derek Dooley, and Butch Jones.
