Someone please tell me who this looks like. It reminds me of someone but I can't exactly figure it out. And no, it's not Butch Jones.

Get a load of this (ad on the bobble was removed)------- Really ? Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union welched on the deal ? The Smokies were that incensed that they removed all the ads - thus making it look like it was broken (you can see them with out the ad on Ebay) Bad business by both parties if you ask me and I would be leary of using that CU something isnt right there. The story below is from an Ebay sellers ad ----
PLEASE READ: I only ship within the U.S.A. Up for bid is a SGA bobblehead of Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones that was given out by the Tennessee Smokies on 8/20/16. Bobble is new and was only removed from the package to take pics. The styrofoam got messed up when I was removing the bobble. The sponsor plaque was removed by the Smokies as supposedly the sponsor did not pay the bills and they were removed.
