There should be a clause that if you have 2 losing season in a row and ut feels it needs to fire you then there's no buyout

I want to know what the buyout is for BMoore. I realize he was only the HC for a few hours but still this has really got to set us back financially. BTW, I actually supported BMoore. It's true. I was full on the BMoore train. Was the best HC we've had in years. Could've been a legend. jmo tifwiw.

Can someone who understands these things explain. Is the addition 2.7 mil dependent on his performance on the field, rankings, bowl games and such?

No. The supplemental pay is guaranteed as long as he is coach.

The buyout if Jones is terminated by UT is $2 million and will not change throughout the contact.
