I really don't think so. It's very easy to compete against banks that provide such impersonal service. You don't have to be old to appreciate human interaction especially when there is a problem...to the op, I've worked for First Tenn Bank in several capacities since 2003 and yes, UT coaches all have accounts with us. When I worked at the main office on S Gay St from '03-'07 I used to see Rod Delmonico once in a while and I saw Bruce Pearl once. Fwiw, we have very strict rules against our employees reviewing the debit/credit card activity of customers without cause and yet our CSR's do it all the time. Whenever Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher eat at Hooter's the kids at FTB think it's hilarious for some reason.
